If your Light Beam Gift Co package was damaged during shipping and your Earrings or Custom Glass was recieved damaged please notify us as immediately as possible and replacements will be sent as fast as possible!
Please include pictures of how the package was recieved and a short detailed description of how the package was found or what was wrong with it. We will need this information for shipping insurance on our end. Thank you.
